I’m Lisette Campbell and I help busy women cut the overwhelm of incorporating better nutrition and other natural healthy lifestyle habits. This starts by helping people learn how to eat clean and swap processed foods for whole foods. We address ways on how to switch, or start, new healthy habits for lasting change.

In the beginning of my journey, I suffered with sugar cravings, low energy, acne and thinning hair. Besides the physical impact, it also affected me emotionally, which led to other struggles I had with food. It wasn’t until I prayed, believed God to heal me, took action by swapping poor eating habits and managed stress, that healing came! This discovery motivated me to become a certified health coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I’ve since drawn the connections between food and health and created a mini, self-paced course to help jump-start your health.

Back-to-Basics will guide you on how to implement simple strategies to help overcome the overwhelm of living a healthier lifestyle, free from sugar cravings and implement changes toward better sleeping, eating more whole foods and other lifestyle changes that lead to transformation. It takes at least 21 days to break a habit and each step in this course builds on each other to get you there one step at a time.

Eating organic whole foods may be one such change, or perhaps something as simple as prioritizing sleep.
